I'm going to be away from town for about a week, and was wondeirng what suggestions everyone has for nutrition away from home
perhaps just buy a box of protein bars? i don't realy ahve to be concerned about carbs (17 year old male trying to gain weight with a speedy metabolism) not too rub it in to anyone on a cut well maybe a little

Take protein powder w/ you and a shaker...get creamer from fast food restaurants if you need to and mix w/ water. I generally take fruit, nuts, PP, on the road w/ me...and also pre-cook a few things and keep in a cooler if it's only a day or so...a week that probably won't work
When you stop for food at restaurants, just remember it's not an excuse for a free-for-all...still make wise decisions
