This is for all you steroid gurus out there. I am wondering if anyone condones spotting in the forearms. I have never seen any type of literature about this or even heard of people doing it. I had surgery a few years back on my wrist and I am just now beginning to feel like it isn't a problem in my training. I don't have full motion of my wrist however and this stops me from being able to train the forearms directly. Especially since I am getting into weights I have never been into before, I really notice that my forearms get tired much quicker than my Back or Bi's do and I am sure that this situation is somewhat hindering my total arm developement. So I am wondering if spotting in the forearms is something that is done? I know that there are many veins and nerves in the forearms which might make it difficult, but what do y'all think. I appreciate any comments you guys have.

too many nerves and veins. i've never heard of anyone shooting in the forearms. also, spot injections dont cause localized growth/strength.
sorry to hear about your wrist.. is it ever supposed to get back to normal or no?

well it is as normal as it will ever be. I can pretty much do everything that I want to by now without pain or any thing, I just don't have full range of motion so no power cleans or wrist curls. Also my proffesional basketball career is cut short..HAHA. Oh well I will just tough it out and see what happens. It just sucks to be 200 lbs and have the forearms of a beginner. fuck it I will go in the forearms and see what happens!

Forearm muscles are small, I'd leave them alone!!!
