I've always found the subject rather boring but I'm taking more of an interest lately. Hoping to get all the gurus here to help steer me in the right direction.

They always think they can keep up. Haven't worked out with anyone in so long that it was really great. Still working on the food..... some days are just really hard (I'm trying not to make excuses here).


But on the other hand, it probably isn't as bad as a detour bar
