hey sorry ive been away so long just had some things come up, wrecking my damned car school work etc. On a postive not iam up to around 195 right now at 5'5 at around 9%-10% and iam getting ready to start dieting down again. Iam back to answer all questions every one has

Posted by: Mudge

Ok, I have a question. What kind of car and what happened? My cars have been giving me shit lately, I haven't been to the gym for 6 FREAKIN WEEKS up until 3 days ago, damn its been so long. I lost only 6 pounds (gained some bad though), and actually didn't lose alot of strength but now I have to work back up to a full routine again, I guess its a good break since I dont normally take breaks frequently.

I lost about 30 pounds on my bench, less than I expected!

lol u are gonna hate me bro it was a 95 supra tt. I had gotten a sweet deal on it the body was only like 5 k and the engine 4k with a straight title well now that its completly wrecked i find out the blue book on it is insane. I got rear ended when on 1-5 doing about 70, that was one of the scarriest things that has happened in my entire life.I coudlnt train my back for about a month after the accident so I just hit my shest and shoulders as hard as possible iam just now able to get my dead lift back over the 540 mark again. It will come back fast for u when u get back in it again

I-5, great for top speed runs, not that I do that kinda thing I'm not a huge Supra guy but they are good cars, heavy but handle big power with the right mods. How in the flunk did you get rear ended doing 70? Did the person who did it get busted?

I was supprised that I didn't lose more strength, my traps shrunk like sheet though I dont have great genetics there, I'm using 4 plates instead of 4 plates and a 35 (per side, shrug machine) so I haven't lost too much strenght though. I notice improvement already.

lol it was bs i gues a truck way in front of me cut some one else off and we all slowed down suddenly and the bitch behind me wasnt paying attention and bame full speed. lol the police report stated i wasnt at fault so i will defintly be usin growth for the next year np.
Yeah it will come back to u pretty fast depending on how u train. I believe in hit training completly and will never train any other way again. just eat tons sleep and train and pick up another cycle and u should be back in no time

Yep, if you get rear ended, at least in CA its thier fault not yours. I'm only recently getting into the Turbo cars, I have a 240Z with an 82 280ZXT turbo engine in it, ignition module is dead though so it will be awhile till it runs, I refuse to pay $100 for a junk yard unit. My Camaro made 411/385 RW all natural, blower guys make at least 50 more HP usually, and they are torquey SOBs, these engines just dont belong boosted without a rebuild so I didn't go that route, plus I road race so intercooling would have been a challenge keeping temps down.

My diet definately needs to get back on track, but I'm improving most definately. I did a set of traps today as well as yesterday, because they weren't sore. Put on the old weight I used to use, not quite as strong but I did 12 reps anywho. I'm riding the stationary bike as well because I gained some unpleasant weight during that time.

yeah racing is one of my many hobbies lol alot of fun.
Iam starting to diet again monday which iam actuely looking forward to. Iam so sick of eating so much right now its killing me.
Iam also starting acutane for the first time this cycle also. never had a serious problem with acne until now.

I love road racing, drag is not really my flavor...

I'm down to 230 today, from an all time high of 240 and a steady 238 before my layoff. Measurements aren't too bad, I'm .5" short on my arms from before, but I feel like I'm looking better every day.

Posted by: crackerjack414

I love both proebely equaly my bike is by far scarier than anything else though. i got an R1 last summer and that thing keeps me scared to death most of the time.
lay offs complely suck but once u get back into it hard again u will be back to where u were.
I know iam gonna have one coming up in about a month iam relocating to so cal

Wow, I have wanted a bike for some time but haven't gotten around to it. Probably get a Nighthawk or something "crappy" for a first bike, then maybe a CBR 600 or 900 after that. Some people say stay low power, other people say at my weight I should go big, hard to figure it out. Maybe when I sell the Camaro I'll get a bike!

Posted by: crackerjack414

id just get an old ninja they are cheap and more than ok to learn to ride on id stay away from the big bikes for a while. its hard to get use to being able to hit 140 in the blink of an eye

Posted by: Mudge

Yeah, or doing a wheelie in 5th and landing on my back

I was told the Ninja isn't a good cornering bike, I'm also 6'2" so I dont know how well I'd fit on one? What year spread should I look at?

Ping Pong???? Breakfast Dbol...

Take your pic...lol

But hey, Cars and Bikes

Posted by: Mudge

Ping pong? In the Open Chat thread? I played alot of table tennis in High School and was voted best player (was definately not true though).

Posted by: MJ23

Hey, I got a trophy in highschool, and 2nd all around in the college tournament..

Posted by: Mudge

I got pretty "decent," I even beat some of the really good guys at least once (when I got to play them). I had joined a club actually for awhile, and already I see it was freaking 5 years ago. I have thought about going back but dont even know if they exist anymore, it was the first time I met a group of people that really liked table tennis, and were good - the instructor had his kids there who were probably around 10 years old and they were GOOD!

It was alot of fun and some excersize to boot. I play pen style BTW, used to be equally good at overhand but stopped using that method. I could keep the ball on the table now, but my use of tricks would be limited and I surely would not be as fast as I was way back when.

Before I started playing I thought it looked stupid! I seem always to be slow accepting new things, damn I had to play it every day once I got started. The chinese guys I went to school with, a couple were pretty damn good, hardly ever got skunked once I started getting decent, but one of them was able to go up against a pro at one time and got his ass handed to him.

Posted by: crackerjack414

lol u guys are crazy fencing is a fun thing. iam learning how to do that now its so much fun u wouldnt believe. hmmmmm my first bike was i think a 96 ninja 250 it wasnt very fast but it was more than enough to learn on for me. My buddy is about 6'4 has an r6 but he is always hunched over on it. i dont know how to gauge a bike for bigger people lol i just want my legs to touch the ground lol

Posted by: LeeUK

talking of supras heres a pic of my brothers Supra which i have photoshopped! hes running around 450bhp.

Posted by: Mudge

Some bikes fit bigger guys better than others, I'd have to revisit that topic with a biker to jog my memory. I think a dude commented that the Honduh 929 felt too high for him, made him nervous, he got an R1 anyway, he was only 6 foot about.
