The results were pretty good....but I did find the side effects...trembling hands, cramps in hands and lower back, to be quite annoying....it also negatively affected my sleep...but I guess you suck it up for the results when you're competing. Overall....I thought it worked well.....and I'd use it again...BUT...only for contest prep! |
