I know its been about 8 weeks since I've logged on...maybe longer, but I wanted to stop in and give a little update. You gave me some great advice on a training program and nutrition. I have since lost 25 more lbs and 5.2% body fat!!! That is a total loss of 51 lbs...not sure what my body fat % was at the beginning (september), so I don't know total body fat loss. I'm only 16lbs away from my goal in weight....body fat% still has a bit to go...I would like to lose about 8 more percent. I've gone down at least 5 sizes in clothes.

The reason I haven't been online with ya'll is because my husband filed for divorce after 9 years of marriage. I am still fighting to keep our marriage....I guess we will see....only time will tell. He had moved out, moved back for 3 days, moved back out...now he's back and has been for 2 weeks...and we are on shaky ground, which I guess is normal, but we both still love each other very much, its little petty issues that are the problem, I just hope we can work them out. In the meantime, I have continued to go to the gym and tried to use it as my therapy.

I'll check in as often as I can. And thank you so much for all your advice....it has helped tremendously!!!

It's things like this that make me belive, real people with real results. I mean this many people just cant be wrong now can they?

I just got done reading this , I noticed they said "these" diets tell people to bulk up on sat fat, thats funny cause so far on here I see nothing about that. EFA's yeah but not the bad stuff. And I dont see a bulk up on em either and the only reason I've seen for the fats is to help slow down the protein being processed.
