That's a relief. I think I need a reorganization which probably leads to the last post of that journal in which you inquired with a question. That is what's wrong at the moment. I am going to the Gym today to work on LB.. ugghhh, very painful. Spinning is tommorow. What is LB? Lower Back?? Sorry, I have like no brains cells and my chest is screaming from my workout today!!!
