Does anyone know wot the nutrition value of 1 egg is?I've lookt on fit day an can't find it any ware.

6g protein
1g carb
4.5g fat (1.5 saturated fat)

Eggs are yummy Especially since I found out I dont have to eat them just boiled. (see other egg thread)
