Originally posted by cheesegrater ketchup is my own to put on eggs for taste. i'll ditch it, any recommendations on how to help egg taste or should i just gut it out? Suck it up, eggs are good for you ![]() yeah i'll drop brown sugar Big time nono. Drope the Brown Sugarmilk is like maybe 2 ounces in my shake, i figured it as a sub for whipping cream Why would you want to replace the whipping cream? Milk has sugar and during a cut its prefered to stay away from all sugar. Heavy cream does not have any sugar and its a good and yummy way to get your fat source in oranges, i didn't figure. Is it just oranges or should all fruits be off the list? Berries, Apples ang Grapefruit. Those are your best fruit choices during a cut. i can ditch the BBQ sauce Definately no BBQ Sauce - full of brown sugar what's the diff between old fashioned oats and instant? The old fashioned oat are better because they are not as processed as the instant. They only take 3 mins. in the microwave oppose to 1 minute. They taste better and their better for you. as for alcohol, it's really not all that much, i've cut it back a lot The less alcohol the better. The Alcohol stops your fat burning process for up to 6 hours (could be more). keep em coming! |

A well cooked steak doesn't need anything on it. what's the diif between oranges and grapefruit? They're both citrus aren't they? Grapefruit is a slow burner. Oranges will raise your insulin higher than the grapefruit. Did you read about slow burning carbs? Also, as a benefit its like a diuretic do instant oats work against the cut process at all? Assuming they're the plain kind? No, its just heathier to always go with less processed foods. Although, I THINK I may have read somewhere that the instant raises insulin quicker than the old fashioned, but I don't recall where I saw that |
