Help with weight gain

My NEW diet as of tomorrrow
Meal 1: Shreddies ( 11/2 cups), with full fat milk, and buttered granary bread ( 2 slices) cup of tea ( two sugars and full fat milk)
Meal 2: Bacon and Egg Sandwich on Granary bread (no butter) with squash, water or juice
Meal 3: Ham sandwich / one chicken breast with three scrambled egg ( if I am working) bread and butter
Meal 4: Family meal /or same as meal 3 if I am working
Meal 5: Marmite on toasted Granary bread(two slices) v little marmite and either bottle of lager ( medium size) or water if I am working early the next day
Have shreddies as it's the only cereal we have at home and I can't afford to put anything else until I have paid of a £600 mobile phone bill
