I don't want to make excuses for myself though. I keep a hardcopy journal too with all my foods and more macro detail (the C/P/F of each meal) and workouts and try to see what works and what doesn't.

but I want to have more definition which is the result of having less bodyfat. Some definition in my abs, arms, legs..would be nice.
