Help! Have to go to Mexican Restaurant - what to get???

My coworkers are going out to lunch for someone's going away party and they decided to go to a Mexican Restaurant. I took a peak at the online menu but there is NOTHING I can find that is not laden with fat and extra calories. Everything is fried or comes with gobs of cheese or sour cream. What do you all suggest?

Chicken Taco Salad but don't eat the shell and ask for an oil based dressing or better yet, Olive Oil & Vinegar!

Try getting Chicken Fajitas. Since they are usually "make your own" it's easy to only eat the chicken breast and grilled onions/peppers. Hold all the extras/sides

Thanks everyone! I think I am going with the chicken taco salad minus the sour cream and of course no shell!

I don't know about beans Rusty I may end up with Forciano's problem & I do have to go back to work after lunch

OMG - I'm with you. Have you ever gone to Margarita's around here? They bake their own and you get them fresh while their still warm. *drool*

Oh yeah, I've been to Margarita's!! After you chow down a bowl of chips, they REFILL IT!

A lot of people will say On The Border makes lousy Tex-Mex, but their chips and salsa are real good.

My wife and I make our own salsa.........We make enough for a year. It's bout time to make some more. The home grown tomatoes are starting to get ripe.
