Me am the newbie trying to learn from the masters
Then when I woke up actually early for my morning cardio, I was up by 4:50am, and at the gym by 5:10am, the sun was starting to come out, the birds were starting to sing and I just felt a million times better. My mind is at ease and I am at ease. It doesn't matter to me what people say and want me to do because I need to be doing what I want in my life and what is the best for me and my goals. Which at this point means no more trips!!! I am done traveling until at least the end of october. I will get no where if I am not in my house with my food and in my comfort zone and my routine. It just has to be that way and I am ok with that. So thank you for a kick in the ass and i am kicking my ass and enjoying it
That is key to me right now, this isn't a pain in the ass this and everything I am doing I love!!!!! I love giving myself a goal and reaching it!!!!!

I haven't really found anything that hurts my tummy yet, only taking all my freaking happy pills in the morning on an empty tummy, that gets to me every once in awhile.
