I take creatine and i haven't noticed any changes with my gains or workout intensity. can some people be not effected by creatine? if yes, does anyone know why?

Yes.
Dunno.

some people just do not seem to respond to creatine.
ask Twin Peak he claims to be a "non-responder".

I bought a 2 pound container and am still going through it, I am beginning to feel more and more that it does nothing for me.

I've used creatine on and off from day one. I've never felt any discernible difference, no increased energy levels, no improved pumps - but I have a lot of faith in it as anti-catabolic insurance for a hardcore lifestyle.

I've been using it during dieting to try and keep cellular hydration to elevate my RMR.

When I have used it I have gotten good results. With my body type it does a good job. I can definately tell when I use it.

would taking it w/ koolaid, dextrose, or taking cell-tech help a non-responder or are you just simply a non-responder?

i've been taking it for a while and it doesnt seem to work for me except add 5-8 lbs to my bodyweight, which is just water retention. like redwolf said...i also take it anyway because i have faith in it for some reason. i think i may stop it soon though.

taking it with a delivery system is said to help some people that are non responders become responders. i would recomend either phosphagen hp from EAS or creatine xtreme from champion, because those two are basically what cell tech does at a lower price. but cell tech works too, whatever fits your budget. you might as well give a delivery system a shot, cause if it does work it will be well worth it.

I never take mine in straight water, I still can't tell a difference myself. I use 10g at a time, maybe I'm just blind.
