has anybody tried kyno-h?? if so, how effective is it? and are there any side effects? ive been thinking about trying it. it sounds pretty good, but maybe too good to be true.

Your talking about injectable Kyno right? So far as I know the main advantage is vitamin B, some people respond some people dont.

From what I hear most people say its bunk, only a few seem to get anything from it.

actually i was thinkin about the oral type. i was aware there is an injectable but i wouldnt know where to get that. yeah, i guess its basically like a vitamin/mineral supp which is part of the reason why i was curious about its effectiveness. here is a link to the stuff i was looking at. thanx for the info Mudge.

What I recall hearing was that all the advantage, if any, was in injecting it.

As for Jeff Summers, he must be doing financially very well for his age, but I think he is full of it. I especially like his advertising that he gained around 4" on his arms and dropped massive bodyfat in 4 weeks using his own legal supplements.

He could have held up a copy of USA Today which is standard, to even make believable the 4 week claim which itself is very, very hard to believe.
