In the article on glutamine creatines sexy sister 1,, is it L-glutamine? cause thats all i can find online..and will pills work as good?

Not sure what article you are talking about, but I have a feeling you are referring to glycocyanimine.

yes, L-Glutamine is what you want to get, you're better off going for powder and adding to a protein shake IMO, capsules are not very cost effective.

ok cool i thought so but wasnt sure,i have a bottle of pills i will use it up then get powder,
