I need some help ASAP

OK, so here is the situation, I have met a woman, incredible woman, and the first time we did it, I (embarressed to say) didn't last long, and I think it's because she is very tight, and I know she hasn't been with many people at all. Like 2, and she didn't do it alot. So the next time, I still didn't last very long. I've never been with someone this new so to speak. Dont get me wrong, it's awesome, but it's embarressing, I have never been that quick. NEVER except maybe the first time for me. How or what do I do to last longer? PLEASE HELP..... I'm not a minute man, by far, so I need help.

Wearing a condom helps break some friction and having a beer or two will help too! You are anticipating it too much!

Repeat performances. By the fourth or fifth time, you should be able to last a little longer.

A quick release is an asset only to a quarterback.

Unload your gun before hand. You should be able to last longer after that. Either that or think of the nastiest thing possible while you're in the hole. A quick swap for the desensitizing condoms also works.

If I'm feelin' the need to bust a bit too early, that sort of thing quickly eases my excitement.

Rock this is something I have dealt with in my past, and my Dr. told me to do the following. This works "While having intercourse if you feel a climax starting and you want to hold off...pull out and with your thumb and index finger pinch the head of Fred sharply. this should get the presure to pass and numb up the tip allowing you to finnish your work."

Actually, if you "push" as though you're going to fart, or take a little poop, it releaves the orgasmic sensation.

Just make sure you don't actually have anything around in there. . .

Ya, my second time that doesn't work, it's my first time that I can go forever, then second one comes right away, So I thought of something else, and it worked a little, and the more we do do it, the longer I'm lasting. So it's getting better.

I've been on some medication for years, and it tends to make it difficult for me to get off. Great for the woman, but it sure can be frustrating at times.
