I'm going to be cutting, I've been off weights for 2 weeks now, and being lazy, sitting infront of the comp or working.

but beginning tomorrow, I'm gonna start working out again.

how many cardio sessions should I be doing every week?

and should I be doing more high rep and lower weights?

my main goal is to get rid of my ghetto booty

Pood,
I'm no expert but I'll contribute a little here to get the thread going - but cutting can be a science onto itself. I know people that do cardio daily or even two times per day (morning on empty stomach and evening) to get deep into fat. Nutrition modificattions can help too (various carb cycling, tapering and low Glycemic Index combos). If you are not eating 6 meals per day, try determing basic caloric needs per day for average/moderate activity level and cut 500 cals then take in 1/6th that value roughly each meal (unless tapering diet is used where last meals re smallest). Try continuing with a muscle preservaton routine (not too heavy) so you can get GH and testos high enough to maintain lean mass. If you start to feel fatigued take in a lil extra essentail fats (flax, olive oil etc.) now and then.

Good Luck

The key to cutting is your diet, this cannot be stressed enough!

You should train the same way (using high reps for cutting is a myth), although when dieting you will ultimately lose some strength and have to make adjustments.
