Chicken Patties

I am losing body fat..well..I am losing TONS of body fat.

I have purchased some Tyson chicken patties. I noticed they are pre-seasoned and have a gram of sugar and gram of carbs.

I am doing the anabolic diet which means I can have 20 grams of carbs a day.

However is it different when it says "sugar" on the package?

I know carbs are sugar ...but I think they mean the straight bad sugar.

I dont want to wreck my goals.

If its only 1 Gram then I wouldn't worry about it. Your not getting any other sugar are you?

Its sort of different, because sugar is "shyt" carbs - but a gram here or there IMO is not a big fargin deal. I season my own with garlic, salsa, BBQ sauce, black pepper - whatever. But, honey BBQ sure is nice

1 gm carbs = 4 cals - that's down in the noise. Pick up a 1 lb bag of sugar and walk across the living room and back to burn it off if you are woried about it .

Ahh ok..see what it boiled down to was me worrying about fucking up some hormonal stuff going on...

So as long as I stay below 30 grams then (according to my program) Ill be ok whether it comes from skim milk or chicken seasoning or whatever..?

Well..I can nock out about 2 or 3 of those patties...but the only other sugar that I can think of is the desire to have skim milk instead of water in my two flaxseed and whey protien shakes... because 5 strawberries dont really cut it.

Then do a Tablespoon of Heavy Cream! No sugar, no carbs, 5G Fat and you have a strawberries and cream shake, with a hint of flax for flavor

You can also try the SportLab Whey protein with water.
Because I'm having them and believe me I put 2 teaspoon of Flax in 6oz water and 2 scoop of whey and I don't taste the Flax at all...
And believe me I have one of the worst tasting Flax oil.
