Cheat Day...to what extent!!

To what extent can the cheating on a cheat day be undertaken. Like what is a reasonable days worth of food on a cheat day?

i wouldnt cheat the whole day, if anything i would have 2 cheat meals out of 6 out of 7 days of eating right.

So those meals could be whatever, hamburger, spaghetti or anything?

I suppose, if you can make it earlier in the day that might help too. For me a cheat day has been as bad as, burger king, 1-2 pizzas, and a half gallon or more of ice cream. That costs me about 3 days as far as what I can tell visually, going to assume its in the 6-7k calorie range, the ice cream per half gallon is 2246 calories.

i try to have mine in the morning if its possible. just remember, a cheat meal can be small in portions. if you have 2-3 cheat meals in a day in large portions like Mudge said, you can set yourself back 2-3 days. keep them small, remember, you have a goal.

I agree I just had one recently. Man did I go overboard. 2 sleeves of Oreos, 5 slices of pizza, 1 pint of ice cream, and two slice of cheesecake. It set me back some 3 days but I'm back on track. Cheat day are cool, but a cheat meal is even better. Cheat days can hinder your goals. Cheat meal once a week is fine. It would probably be best though if you plan them and know how much fat your are going to eat. As the same goes for carbs. Protien I suggest is kept the same as your bodywieght.
