Refined Cutting Plan!!

After some suggestions by diet guru Jodi and several others i have made some alterations to my daily menu. I was told to have the cals set between 2100 - 2200 but the way it looks at the moment i will already be bloody starving so i will start with 2400 and chop off maybe 50 cals a week or something, play it by ear. Compared with my current diet i wouldnt be suprised if i saw losses with 2400 cals.
Meal #1
1 whole eggs + 5 egg whites
50 grams 93% lean beef
1/2 cup oatmeal before cooking
1 TSP Flax Oil
Meal #2
100 g chicken breast
1 apple
Meal #3
100 g grams chicken
150 g sweet potato or 1/2 cup cooked brown rice
1.5 cup vegetables (broccoli, etc.)
Meal #4
100 g chicken breast
1 apple
Meal #5
200 g tuna
2 cups vegetables
1 TSP Flax Oil
Meal #6
2 whole eggs + 4 egg whites
110 g Beef Snitzel (Not crumbed)
1-cup vegetables
Macronutrient breakdown
Cals: 2400
Protein: 270 grams
Fat: 90 grams
Carbs: 128 grams
