HI,
I was wondering how you guys have your chicken breast when you are in a cut cycle?
I eard that the seasoned chicken at the store is not good for us, because of sodium and sugar what do you think?
I'm marinating the breast in dijon mustard?
Is that bad while on cut?

You can have chicken breast but make sure it is the regular kind. It is best if you season it yourself that way you know what's in your food and you have not worries. Mustard is ok. You can eat it. It does have lots of soduim so be easy on it. Mustard is something you can have while bulking or cutting. So grab that Heinz mustard and marinate baby!

I'm not sure I understand what are all of those you mentioning?
You meant that :
"Fajita

Hickory
Lemon Pepper
Bayou

Good then!
So when a seasoning is no SALT, no SUGAR, and no FAT it's perfectly fine while on cut or bulking?
If yes then
"finish the !"/$%?&* Plain chicken" 3 month of it is enough...
