Best Pre Show Cut Plan?

I'm gonna enter a king of the beach competition and i was wondering what everyones' cut plan is before the comp. I'm now on a high protein low carb and low fat diet. I got a month before the comp so i was wonderng what everyone elses' diet is in themonth or weeks of cut before a show. Just wonderin what everyone eats and how much they loose thanks for posting!
