On diets like the male cutting plan, how do you measure your food? For instance, how do you know how much 8oz of chicken is? Do you guys have some sort of scale? If you do, where can you get one?

You can buy a cheap food scale at any Kitchen store for under $10.00. Bed Bath & Beyond, Linens & Things, I'll bet even Walmart has them.
