Could somebody please tell me the maximum macronutrients your body can digest without storing as fat in one meal.

I'm 6'2". Went from 224 pounds to 170 pounds during 6 months chemotherapy and 1 year in bed.

Got back up to 190 pounds now in 4 months, with 18% BF. Want to get up to 224 pounds in another few months.

An example that I'm looking at amongst others is a tuna (230g) shake with skimmed milk (500ml). It gives me 87g of protein, with 25g carbs and 2g of fat.

I need to know how much protein, carbs, fat I can take per meal without putting the fat on.

I've heard that about 500 cal per meal is right, but I'd like a bit more detail and breakdown.

Thanks.

As far as protien...the body can only handle no more than 60 grams at tone time. Do not go over 60 grams anthing extra will just turn to glucogen for the live or will just be secreted. Carbs should be moderate as well. If you are taking in about 448 Grams of carbs I would do no more than 40 grams of carbs per meal.
