I like eggs alot and i was wondering if it is possible to break the eggs and seperate the yolk from the whites and place them in jars to pour them out later. Will this cause them to expire quicker or loose taste or any other side effect?

Should be find but use them within a couple days or so. The best way to store eggs is in the box if you're concerned with maxing shelf life.
