I was curious how long you guys wait after consuming a protein shake say, with 2 scoops, heavy cream and strawberries, till you have your next meal? I usually wait about 2 hours, but sometimes I get really hungry, or the way the day pans out, I need to eat sooner. Would eating another meal 1 hour after a shake be too soon? I know meals are SUPPOSED to come in 2-3 hours incriments. Just curious guys, thanks.

I typically do 2 hours after shakes (1 hour after the PWO shake) and 3 hours after whole food meals.

Yeah, that's what I've tried to do LAM. However, today, my timing got messed up cuz I got stuck at the school bookstore and then had to rush to work..I went ahead and ate, because I couldn't take a break at work as soon as I got there...I figured, it'd be better to eat it then than to wait 4 or 5 hours...right?
