Has anyone ever tried any of the products from Controlled Carb Gourmet? I just tried their Classic Brownie. It was excellent. I wonder how something so yummie can actually be low carb???

Low carb doesn't mean healthy

Ya I know it doesn't mean "healthy" I shouldn't have worded it that way. What I'm really wanting to know is are they ok to eat for snack or desert with my healthy meals.
I weigh about 145 and am about 5' 5". I am trying to get more definition -- hence the reduced carbs. If these really are low carb and I can work them into my meal plans it sure would make it A LOT easier.

I can see where we could make changes if your interested. To many high GI carbs, you have no slower burning carbs and not enough veggies and lean proteins to start. What are your stats and goals

I usuall REALLY crave some chocolate between dinner and lunch and that is when I would like to have one of these brownies.
My work is not the place where it would be practical to make a protien drink (such as EAS chocolate lovers flavors) and I don't like any of the premixed ones. I like them blended with ice.
Anyhow, I will occasionally eat some whole wheat bread like 1/2 ww bagel with smoked turkey and couple slices of avacado but, I am really trying to cut down on the STARCHY carbs not necessarily all carbs.

I am about 5' 5" and need to lose about 15 - 20 lbs. of fat. I am at about 140 and would like to be at 120 - 125 I think. Not so concerned with losing lots of weight as long as I can be come leaner.

Your meals aren't balanced.
Here are my suggestions:
1.Ditch the turkey sausage and add in either more eggs or another lean protein and 1/2 C. oats. The tortilla's and breakfast burrito are not going to help you get lean.
2. Have an apple instead of the plum if you can. No really a big deal though
3. Make your snack another meal with protein and veggies
4. Chili and pork are not your best choices. Have protein and veggies and a slow burning carb like sweet potato or brown rice
5. You need at least another meal consisting of protein and veggies
6. Read about EFA's and think about adding them in your diet
7. Try and get 5-6 balanced meals throughout the day
8. Drink Plenty of Water
9. You should eat 1 - 1.5 G Protein per pound of bodyweight

By the way, why isn't the BBurrito good? It is something that is on the Approved list for BFL. Now I am confused!
