i aim to mainly cut up, perhaps gain muscle also.
i am 5 9". 11%bf. about 71 kilos (156lbs)
i plan to eat for four days per week 1800 calories as well as doing acrdio on these days.
for the other three days, i plan to follow a three day split routine
on these days, i will consume a pre workout shake, as well as a post workout shake, and also a slow release protein shake before bed, increasing calories on workout days up to about 2600.
Every day i plan to take glutamine.
Is it best to take a fat burner such as hot rox only on the reduced calorie days. will it affect calories available for muscle building?
i feel that i also should only be taking creatine on the workout days?
workout 1
triceps/biceps/forearms
workout 2
chest/back
workout 3
shoulders/legs
should these 3 workout days be next to each other, in this way ensuring high calories for growth over the 3 day period or spaced out allowing more time for recovery?
also any suggestions are welcomed.
