I hear things that this is bad but if its so bad howcome the fda doesnt ban it. Or is it just in the "victims" head thats its bad as a way to blame someone or thing?

I tend to disagree as does my chemistry prof....aspartmae is fine when used within the recommended limits.

i dont think that aspartame is banned in asia.
aspartame can be found in the old myoplex.
and i used to drink myoplex before.
anyway i read this book on nutrition once about aspartame.
and it said that the side effect is that it can cause a brain tumor.
but like fit freak say as long as it is taken on recommended dosage, it should be fine.
