Need Help on slow weightloss plan

Hi im 18 my stats are: 6ft 205 with 16% bodyfat and I want to be around 185 with 8% bodyfat within 6 months. I was doing pure cardio and lost 30lbs but ive been loosing alot of strength so I was wondering if there is anyway to loose 1-2lbs of fat a week while gaining 2-3lbs of muscle a month without camping out at the gym? I usually have 2hrs free time on the weekdays but I usually never go to the gym on weekends because i have a physical job and im sore after work il probly have to start going on weekends i guess tho.
