Yeah guys im from Brisbane Australi the names Michael im 18 been working out on and off for bout a year, but have just had a recent spurt of encouragement or something so im back at the gym. im only 5"8 about and 60 kilos, hoping to get to like 70 in 6 months. Yeah im not that big but putting on weight aint easy. Anyway HI!
