back - 5 exercises/ 5 sets/ 10-12 reps

Tue:
bi - 5 exercises/ 5 sets/ 10-12 reps
tri- 5 exercises/ 5 sets/ 10-12 reps

Fri:
shoulders - 5 exercises/ 5 sets/ 10-12 reps
legs - 5 exercises/ 5 sets/ 10-12 reps

My current workout:

If you want to gain 15 pounds of fat, muscle or water, its what you put in your mouth - not the air you breath, and surely burning calories in the gym does not make you gain weight
