Pills usually have negitive side effects. You can loose the gut without pills. Reduce your caloric intake and increase your activity. Simple as that. Looking in the mirror is a better gauge of progress then steppin on a scale. If yur weight liftin you will gain weight from muscle growth. Initially you may gain weight as fat burns off since muscle is denser than fat. Too many people become discouraged by steppin on a scale. Weight lifting is good as the larger muscles will burn more energy and help reduce fat stores. Walking is an excellent exersize to combine with your weight training. The bigger muscles you get from lifting will burn more fat as you walk. Combined with weight training, walking an hour a day will do wonders if you stick with the program. Cut back on carbs like breads, pastas and potatos. Increase protiens from meat eggs and cheese. Since carbs basically = energy, cutting thier intake will force you body to burn the stored fat as energy.
There are no such thing as magic fat loss pills. Fat loss all comes from your diet and exericse. Post your diet if you would like and we can try to help.

The only truly magical stuff I know about is deadly, fix your diet, not your medicine cabinet.
