im terrible when it comes to food because i cant try new things
ive now gotten to the point were i just cant stand it any more
please help by showing a diet + work out if possible

We need more info than this. At 14 years old I won't help you DIET, only learn proper foods and basic nutrition. I don't know what 15 stone is in pounds. What are you currently eating and what are you doing for exercise?

im 14 stone just checked and its 196 pounds....... i sometiems do 100 sit ups aboout 3 times a week and about 50 push ups...

You need to learn proper nutrition. Stop eating junk food and learn to eat heathy vegetables and fruits and whole grains and lean proteins. Not junk food.

Ok, then start by eat veggies and fruits instead of junk food. I bet by changing that you will lose fat.
