What should I do? Please explain the differences and benefits from one to another!!

Both or just Syngex 2.

I think Syngex 2 is a combo of 4-hydroxy test and 1,4 ad. Supposedly releases for up to 30 hours.

Probably will be used more for a lean/cutting cycle than a bulk cycle! I still think SYN 1 is hard to beat.

Syngex I is more of a mass building product and contains 1-Test PC and 4-AD PC Esters. Syngex II is a combo of 4-Hydroxy-Test, 1,4 ADDiol (EQ), and 19-Nor-4 Androstenedione (one of the components of Decavar)...this is great for real lean mass gains. Some people are combining the two and making sick gains!
