I have been eating pretty much according to TP's posted diet,
I have made alterations where I don't eat the foods. My husband has been following the male plan #2 pretty exact. ( he takes no supplements)
We have both began to lose weight, him faster than me.
My question is, it says to change things about every 3 weeks
this is our third week and I'm not sure where to make the changes. Thanks

Could you please post what you have been eating. I would like to see if you don't mind then I could offer suggestions on things to tweak oppose to changing your plan.

I started a journal, it list what I have been eating but not
calories, carbs and proteins I can start figuring that if it would help.

Yes please but right now more concerned with the types of food your eating. Where did TP post his diet plan? Are you sure it was Twin Peak's cuz he's never made a guideline yet of his. He does have one coming out but not quite yet.

My mistake it WAS NOT TP, it was Dr. Pain, TP had a post under it and that was what caught my attention. Sorry for any confusion I
