i have been trying to eat chicken and it seems that chicken is always really dry, especially when it's a leftover and i warm it up in the microwave.... is there something u guys add on top to make it more moist.... thanx

whenever I re-heat any meat in the microwave I pour a little bit of water on it first.

when you bbq it try slipping a sheet of tin foil under neath it

it helps keep it nice and juicy as well as keeps the skin from drying out

Don't cook it too long! I used to cook it until it was all dry since I was scared of the possible bacterias. Now I just make sure it isn't pink, but leave it nice and juicy

yeah i get really paranoid with meat....but i will try cooking it for a shorter period of time....thanx jenny

I boil my chicken, stays pretty moist that way. It is true though the fridge will dry it out a little.

i always though that was dumb anyways... i swear it doesn't even do anything but burn in the flames...

however, i will admit i do put a tiny bit of diana sauce on my chicken when i eat it... but i really don't think it'd be enough to hurt me in anyways... same with ketchup on my eggs on the morning...

like we're talking about a tbsp all together... i really don't think that's much at all... i need some flavour! i don't see the point on spending so much $ on chicken breasts and have them taste like crap when you eat them

Get some dry chicken seasoning and add vinegar and water and marinate in that. THats what I do

You should use roasting bags for your chicken, it never ever ever dries out. Leaves it tender and juicy every time. You could also roast a bunch of veggies in it at the same time and it will naturally be cooked by the chickens juices.

My grandma fixes chicken every Tuesday for Seniors Night at the church. Sometimes she brings some home and serves it the next day. She puts it in a garbage bag and adds a bottle of seltzer water and some gravel and swings it around her head in the backyard like a helicopter for about ten minutes. Then she leaves it on the concrete floor of the garage for about two hours and seals up the bag with rubberbands to keep out the ants. She says it draws the dryness out of the chicken into the gravel and the seltzer water kills all the germs that people put on it from touching it the night before. It's good and it tastes almost brand new. She does this with all leftover meats except spareribs and tadpoles.
