Hey Everyone, I used to hang on this site way back in the early days, and its probably been well over a year since I've posted anything. In that time, I've fallen out of the good habit of working out regularly. Mostly do to time constraints. Anyway, I'm getting back into the groove and was looking for some info on Maintenence Calories. How do all of you calculate this information for your selves?
Currently I'm 6'2" and weigh in at 218. I'm guessing my BF is at about 15-17%. My goal is to cut my BF down to under 10% and then re-assess where i want to go from there baised on how I feel and look.
Training is nothing new to me, but watching my diet closley is. Any help or info from any of you would be greately appreciated.
Thanks!!

15X bodyweight is a good starting point -- with a range of 13-17X, depending on how fast your metabolism is versus "average"
Being very fat or way below setpoint will throw this off, but you are neither.
