As long as your making sure its a protein shake, not a weight gainer, you should be fine Find a way to work it into your diet through the day, in other words you can't make up for lost time by having 3 in an hour and not eating right the rest of the day.

im not sure how nmany ur supposed to take..im a 1st timer with it...

Figure out the protein your intaking now, and what your goal is. So if your goal is 200g protein per day, try to split it evenly amongst your 5-8 meals

I would start with 1g per pound, should be relatively easy to accomplish. If progress stagnates then step it up another 20% or so.

Some powders can give you stomach cramps, and many will give you some powerful gas. It's a matter of trial and error. For example, anything by Worldwide Nutrition hurts my stomach and sends me running to the shitter, while Optimum Nutrition seems to settle quite nicely. You just need to find something that agrees with you.

What's the best/Best tasting protien shake?
Do they really help muscles grow faster ?

I dont get gas from shakes, but my younger brother does. He also never eats veggies, he is the fussiest eater I know.

Muscles are meat, meat is made up of protein, so yes protein can help you make muscle building possible.

I like the Optimum Nutrition chocolate.
