I tried to search....but there is so much and what was true even months ago may not be anymore.
It's been years since I've "made my own" ECA stack.
Couple of questions 'cause I'm thinking that it was probably the best combo I used.
First, do we feel the aspirin part of the equation matters?
Then - can you still purchase anything online for the "E" part of the equation? I know most of the fat loss products (xenadrine etc) have switched over to "ephedra" free.
To be honest ephedra vs. ephedrine has always confused me a bit.
Can you still find what you need out there to make your own stack? Also, if you can (tell me where if you know) - what is the ratio again?

I still use Asprin with the stack because I always have, I will confess that I have not read anything latley if this is still usefull. My understanding was that the use of Asprin was to help the heart because this stack isn't really the best for it. That said I am not an expert.
I know in Canada you can still buy over the counter ephedrine, but only in 8mg "safer" dosages. I am 230lbs +/- so I take 25mg of ephedrine and 200mg of caffine and one regular strength Asprin for my ECA.
Ephedra is a chineese herb called Ma Huang and contains both ephedrine and other components as well. Therefore ephedrine is a more refined form, which is what you want.
