Once again I experimented and came up with this great recipe. Man I eat this everyday. It is sooooooo good.
1/2 Cup of Brown Brown Rice
1 Oz. Yellow Pepper,Green Pepper, and Red Pepper (of each,thinnyly chopped)
2 Oz. Onion (thinnly choped)
2 Tablespoons of Sugar Free Rice Vinegar
1/2 Chicken Boullion
1 Cup of Water
1 Teaspoon of Cayenne Pepper, Black Pepper, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder.
Bring to boil for one minute, then put on low for 40 minutes. Turn off stove. Let it sit for 5 minutes and serve.

What would one typically server with this rice? Grilled chicken, beef? Fish perhaps? Would it go with fish?

Brown rice just got a whole lot better
Not even done on the stove yet and I keep taking a spoonful out to try it.
