I change my workout every two months.
And efter 2 weeks on the same workout I start lifting heavier.
And it keep going heavier training after training until I change my routine again.
Is reaching a plateau will mean to no beening able to increase the weight anymore?
Is it normal that on some exercise I can't really lift heavier?
Like on the shoulder doing standing Side laterals. It's hard to go heavy on that motion.
Should I'll be able to get heavier on every exercise I'm doing?

Strength, or size etc, it depends what your looking at. If you can win 5 card games a week and no more, that is a plateu, it depends what you are paying attention too.

ok I understand, I'm looking at gaining lean body mass. So weighting myself and mesuring will tell me if I'm reaching a plateau...
Thanks man... I've go to pay attention to that then...
But the increase of strength oviously will increase the mass??

Not neccessarily, caloric restriction is used by powerlifters to stay in the same weight class, there are 173 pound powerlifters benching into the 600s.
I would go via measurement more than weight, unless you combine weight with bodyfat measurement.
