Hello everyone! I've been into fitness for about 7 months now, and love it! I'm more of a runner than a lifter, as I like to stay super lean rather than bulky.
I'm 5'10 155 lbs right now. When I first started fitness in Feb, I was 5'10 190 lbs. My new years resolution was to lose 30 lbs which i did (still wouldn't mind losing another 10 as I still have some flab on me.) My diet isn't as good as it could be, but I love food tooooooo much to give up some of it. I'd rather just up the cardio
