what do you all prefer.. or do with bench and shoulder presses...
i try to switch each workout .. for chest if i do
BB flat
DB incline
next time ill do
DB flat
BB incline
and for shoulder presses.. i switch week to week from BB to DB... is this a good idea to switch? what does everyone else do?

l will also do a combination. for the summer i have strictly been using db but will probably switch back to bb in the fall during my next bulk cycle. plus my gym's db's don't go high enough, they only go up to 150
