used to be reeeally skinny

....and i guess i still kinda am, but alot more toned and mcuh more bulk than before. im a 17/m from ohio who's about 5'11 165. i was given some horrible genetics muscle-wise (meaning naturally im very skinny and weak) but beginning of freshman year i figured id change that..so since then ive been lifting about 4-5 days a week and have noticed some very nice gains. recently ive gotten alot more serious about fitness and have been doing alot more cardio, and watching my diet a little more closely, and have tried a few creatine products. i have tons of questions about lifting and fitness that im sure ill be askin all of you. seee ya

Paul, you are still young, I dont think alot of people reach thier "natural full weight" until probably 18-20, although you could say some of that becomes lack of activity and slowdown of metabolism perhaps, and poor diet of course.

If you are trying to gain weight though go very easy on the cardio IMO, for me I stick to 3x 20 minutes a week 60-70% heart rate if I do any cardio at all. Different things may work for others though.
