You should not work the same body part so much especially if it is still sore. And even if legs are not your major area of concern you should still work them out. This will help you gain mass and overall strength, which will help on every lift. Plus you will be glad later. Check out some threads on mass building workouts on the training section and stick to it. As far as supplements, at your age save your money and concentrate on a healthy real food diet high in protien maybe toss in a protien powder. And please please don't get discouraged and take pro hormones or steroids don't ruin your potential. |
