Hey everybody, I'm trying to cut out sugar from my diet and I just realized there is 4g of sugar in my protein mix. Do you know of any good protein powders that are sugar free?

There is 1g of sugar in the Optimum Nutrition. Is that alright then? I guess that be 4g total for a day.

LOL - Yes thats alright. But you shouldn't be drinking 4 shakes per day. 2-3 the most

I only drink 2-Pre-workout and post workout. But to get 40g of protein, I need to double the serving to two scoops. That's fine right?

Yeah thats fine. Sorry I was thinking about myself when I only use 1 scoop.
