Whats up Iam 22 Years old, I live in Tennessee i have a job with flexible hours so I can work out whenver i want pretty much.
I am 5'11 and weight 172 1bs - I have been working out off and on for 3 years.
I am looking for help with a good diet to help me Gain weight, If anyone knows alot about food let me know because right now i eat anything. Im not fat because i have a high metabolsm.

Also a good workout routine to help me bulk up.

go to the diet forum and post your current diet....then go to the training forum and post your current workout routine. read as much as you can amd ask questions, there are lots of knowledgable people here that can help you out.
