ok so i've taken 2 weeks off from lifting and feel like shit...haha...i havent been inactive though, i'm in a competetive fast pitch mens softball league and basketball league...good stuff...so here we go, i start training hard again today...o ya, my diet wont be good until i go back to school on the 2nd of sept...i cant cook very well and dont eat enough or well enough so dont be too harsh on my diet..hahaha...i'll post my workout for today later

IT FEELS GOOD TO BE BACK IN THE GYM! I did chest today...heres what I did:

Bench: warmup - 135 x8.
sets - 155x6, 165x6, 175x4
Incline Dumb. - 55x6, 60x6, 70x6
Decline Bench - 135x6, 155x6, 155x6
Cable Crosses - 60x10, 70x6, 70x6
Weighted Dips - 45lb platex6, 45x4, 35x6

lol you're right...i shouldnt say I eat "well" at school but better than I do when I'm livin at my apt. bcs. i can get my fruits/veggies, more meals, etc...yep I'm goin to be a senior at Boston College

diet for tues. 8/19

everything bagel w/ peanut butter w/ ice d tea.
Lunch: 2 tuna sandwiches on wheat bread w/ a few chips & iced tea
Banana
2 slices of cheese pizza
and i almost forgot...a lot of sunflower seeds during my game tonight...lol
